How are orders shipped?

We deliver orders throughout Ukraine using the following transport companies:

•  Delivery by Nova Poshta company

We send to any branch or parcel terminal convenient for you.

•  Delivery by Ukrposhta company
•  Delivery by Meest Express
•  Delivery by "Delivery" company
•  Pickup

You can pick up your order yourself from our warehouse-office.
At your request, we send by taxi or courier. 

When will the order be shipped?

We guarantee to ship orders paid before 15:00 on the same day. In fact, we strive to ship all orders that we manage to prepare by 17:00. All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 15:00 will be shipped the same working day.

All orders placed after this time or on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the next working day (Monday-Friday).Note: Orders placed during special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may require additional processing time due to increased order volume.
