What is the status of my order?
If you have a movatex.com account, you can log in and view your status. All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day. All orders placed after this time or placed Saturday through Sunday will be shipped the next business day (Monday-Friday). Please note: Orders placed during special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may require additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 additional days for order processing. If you need more help, click to write to us.
How do I cancel an order?
As soon as your order is processed, it is processed almost immediately, and then sent to the warehouse. No changes can be made at this stage. If we are unable to cancel the order, we can always help you through our simple returns process if possible. If necessary, contact our support service and our managers will certainly help you.
How to return or exchange a product?
On an individual basis, we accept the return of fabrics that have a textile defect or other defects that were not noticed when the order was sent. All transport costs in this case are paid by us. Money is returned to the account immediately after receiving the return.
We understand that choosing a fabric on the Internet is difficult. The color on the screen and in real life may differ slightly due to the characteristics of the color rendering of each device. Therefore, you can always pre-order samples or ask our consultants for help in choosing the fabric that suits your requirements.
We also accept returns for bulk wholesales orders within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is undamaged, uncontaminated, unused, labels, tags, and packaging are intact. The return delivery of goods is carried out by the transport company "Nova Poshta" to the address of our warehouse, which you can specify in our support service.
Dear customers, we ask you to carefully select the fabric when ordering, considering that the cut-off fabric cannot be exchanged or returned. Because this is a product that is cut according to the order of the buyer.
The list of goods of appropriate quality, which are not subject to exchange and return, was established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in Resolution "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated March 19, 1994 No. 172.
I forgot to add a product to my order. Can I make changes before I send it?
Once your order has been placed, it is almost immediately processed and prepared in the warehouse for shipment. In order to get your order to you as soon as possible, it is not possible to make changes at this stage. Please place a new order for additional items on the site or contact us immediately to cancel the order. Please read the Return Policy.
Can I change my billing or shipping address before the package ships?
You can change your shipping address after placing your order by contacting customer support below. As a rule, you can do this only on the same day when the order was placed, because the goods are delivered as quickly as possible.
Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?

Do you deliver to the parcel locker of Nova Poshta?
Yes, we send samples to the parcel locker of Nova Poshta. You can receive all other shipments at the Nova Poshta branch.

How to place an order?
To purchase the fabrics you like, you must:
- add to the Basket by clicking the "Buy" button;
- go to the Basket, edit the quantity;
- enter your data for sending the parcel, phone number and email;
- send the order to us by clicking the "Checkout" button.

Can I pay for the order upon receipt?
The order is shipped only after full payment.
Are the website prices up to date?
The prices on the website are current and are automatically correctly listed in the Basket depending on the ordered quantity of a specific fabric. If you noticed an error in charging an incorrect order amount, contact customer support, our specialists will help you figure it out.
What is the minimum cutoff?
We cut fabrics from 0.5 m. Shrinkage. When calculating the required amount of fabric, take into account that cotton, calico fabrics shrink by approximately 5%. Keep in mind that the parameters for each fabric are different.
Is there fabric available?
We constantly update the information about the balances on our website. Every item presented on the website is available in stock. And this means that you can have it in 2-3 days. If the fabric you need is not available, you have the opportunity to place a wholesale order for individual dyeing of the fabric in the color you need.

Can you help me choose fabric by color?
Of course! Our managers will recommend and help you choose fabrics, as well as take additional photos if necessary, so that you are sure of your choice and do not lose valuable time.
Why the color of fabrics on the screen may not match the real one?
It is impossible to completely accurately convey the color of the fabric through a photo on the device screen.
Why the color on the screen does not match the real one:
1. Different device screens
The screen of each device differs in technology, color transfer capabilities and settings, brightness, contrast.
2. Shooting conditions, lighting
Fabric looks different in different lighting (we usually take photos only in daylight).
3. Perception of color.
It is similar for all people, but still different..
You can always ask the store employees for more photos or take a photo of the selected fabrics next to each other. Be sure to specify what is important to you - color, texture, density. We can also send you fabric samples that you can order on our website.
How to determine the direction of the drawing?
We determine the direction of the pattern relative to the edge of the fabric.
What is the width of the fabric?
The width of the fabric will be indicated in the product description. If you cannot find this information, please contact our customer service.
What is the degree of tissue shrinkage?
Keep in mind that the degree of fabric shrinkage varies.
