RETURN POLICY
On an individual basis, we accept returns of fabrics that have textile defects or other flaws not noticed at the time of order dispatch. All transportation costs in such cases are borne by us. Funds are returned to the account immediately after receiving the return.
We understand that choosing fabric online is difficult. The color on the screen and in real life may slightly differ due to the characteristics of color transmission of each device. Therefore, you can always order samples in advance or contact our consultants for assistance in selecting fabric that meets your requirements.
We also accept returns of wholesale orders within 14 days after receipt, provided that the product is undamaged, clean, unused, and all labels, tags, and packaging are preserved.The return shipment of goods is carried out by the transportation company “Nova Poshta” to the address of our warehouse, which you can clarify in our customer support. Dear customers, we ask you to carefully select the fabric when ordering, considering that cut fabric is not subject to exchange or return.This is because it is a product cut to order for the customer.
The list of proper quality goods that are not subject to exchange or return is established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the Resolution “On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” of March 19, 1994, No. 172.
